1. Shipping Zones, Rates & Delivery Times
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing.

2. Order Cut-Off Time & Processing
Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly so your delivery can begin as soon as possible:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time In-stock orders are generally prepared, inspected, and handed to a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Your parcel is shipped the next business day.
- Weekends & Public Holidays Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Real-Time Tracking
Transparency is essential to us. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, an automatic email containing your unique tracking number and a direct activation link is sent to you. Monitor your delivery progress:
- From your customer account on ZipMart in the "My Orders" tab.
- On our partner carriers' national platforms by entering your tracking number.
4. Address Errors & Order Modifications
Made a mistake in your delivery address?
Please contact us within a maximum of 2 hours after confirming your purchase. Once this deadline passes, your parcel enters our automated packaging line and no address changes can be made. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incomplete address, the cost of a second shipment may be charged to you.
5. Sales Tax & Delivery Charges
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs duties. Any shipping charge for an optional expedited service is shown before you place the order.
6. Delivery Guarantee & Lost Parcels
Your peace of mind is our commitment. If your order has not arrived within the 2-to-3-business-day delivery window, contact us so we can help:
- Immediate Investigation We open an internal investigation with the transport provider without delay.
- Free Reshipment or Full Refund If the carrier declares the parcel lost or stolen, we will — at your preference — either reship your items free of charge or issue a full refund, with no tedious paperwork on your end.
